Day 3

I started my day with two glasses of water on an empty stomach then had my coffee (1 tsp of Nescafe, 3 tsp of fat free coffee mate, 2 tsp of sugar) followed by a cheese sandwich!

My delicious breakfast sandwich made with 30 g of brown Arabic bread, 45 g of feta cheese sprinkled with oregano and a cucumber!

I had a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice two hours after my breakfast!

I started my lunch with a mouthwatering fresh asparagus salad; On a bed of Iceberg i displayed the fresh asparagus and half of a thinly sliced yellow pepper.Decorated with a quarter of a red apple.And topped with honey mustard dressing.

Then i had 2 spoons of cooked buckwheat with cabbage and a small bowl of low fat yogurt !

As an afternoon snack i enjoyed eating 20g of dark chocolate thins!

I had dinner @les Skaffs;TS prepared for me a tuna salad using the basic ingredients (a can of tuna in water, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, cabbage, balsamic vinegar and olive oil) in addition to a bouquet of savory flavors brought from her village!
