I started my day with two glasses of water on an empty stomach then had my cup of coffee (1 tsp of Nescafe, 3 tsp of fat free coffee mate, 2 tsp of sugar) followed by 30g of Bran flakes with a glass of skimmed milk!
My day was really hectic; had meetings here and there in addition to the consultations in my clinic! Thus had to order food from Roadster diner since RK(the person i had a meeting with) was craving for a burger.. We ended up ordering two crab salads with one burger !
I also had a quarter bite from RK’s burger! The good thing is that RK started with a salad before eating his burger and didn’t order fries 🙂 He wanted to eat like a Dietitian!
I skipped my afternoon snack! And just had a cup of coffee (1 tsp of Nescafe, 3 tsp of fat free coffee mate, 2 tsp of sugar).
I went out at night to JH’s favorite happy hour hangout place: Dragonfly! (located in Gemmayze).
I shared a rocca parmesan salad in addition to 10 nachos and guacamole with SA!
And had two glasses of rose (wine)!
