Day 6

I started my day with two glasses of water on an empty stomach then had my cup of coffee (1 tsp of Nescafe, 3 tsp of fat free coffee mate, 2 tsp of sugar) followed by a cheese sandwich!

My delicious breakfast sandwich made with 30 g of brown Arabic bread, 45 g of feta cheese sprinkled with oregano and a cucumber!

Two hours later, i had an apple!

I had lunch with BW, in a new restaurant in tabaris(Ashrafieh) named State 11! Since we were both in a hurry, we had a salad from the salad bar in addition to a fried calamari dish that we shared!Their salad bar dishes are big enough’ something you don’t always find in restaurants that have salad bars! The quality was fine, the taste was good! However, i still prefer Mandaloun caffe’s salad bar that offers a bigger choice!

In the afternoon I had a glass of fresh orange juice!

At night, i had 30 g of brown Arabic bread with two slices of turkey,two tablespoons of low fat labneh in addition to cucumbers, tomatoes and lettuce!
