Day 7

I started my day with two glasses of water on an empty stomach then had my cup of coffee (1 tsp of Nescafe, 3 tsp of fat free coffee mate, 2 tsp of sugar) followed by a labneh sandwich!

I had a glass of soymilk two hours later!

For lunch, I prepared a salad with purslane, green thyme, tomatoes, lemon and oil dressing and ate cooked green beans with tomato sauce and 100g of chicken liver with pomegrenate molasses!

As an afternoon snack i had the most delectable piece of chocolate from Feuillantine (la maison des Delices)! A layer of biscuits topped with cream, strawberry and covered with milk chocolate! Than you JH for the idea!!

Before going out at night i had two rice cakes with 30 g of Camembert cheese, 1 tsp of strawberry jam, a slice of turkey and 15 g of cheddar cheese. I just love combining Camembert cheese with a sweet spread!
