I started my day with two glasses of water on an empty stomach then had my cup of coffee (1 tsp of Nescafe, 3 tsp of fat free coffee mate, 2 tsp of sugar) and went out for Sunday’s brunch at Jess’s place!
The guests were the following:Fruit salad (strawberries, lychee, kiwi, bananas, orange juice), mini-knefe, mini mankoushe, viennoiseries, mini-cakes, chocolate cake, almond cake, vegetables pie, etc.)

I had a slice of vegetables pie in addition to a mini-knefe, a bite from the irresistible chocolate cake (Cookies’n more) and a bowl of fruits salad!
I had a late lunch at home; started with a purslane and tomato salad then had, two grilled chicken skewers with 10 french fries, and a tablespoon of Tzatziki (low fat labneh, shredded cucumbers, minced garlic).
And yes! You can have french fries in moderation (around 10) once per week!
For dinner i simply had an apple and two carrots! Was feeling full since the morning but didn’t want to skip “dinner” because from a dietetic point of view, skipping any meal during the day is very bad!
