Omelet

“You can’t make an omelet without breaking a few eggs.”

                                                                                   Walter Duranty

Just like every day, i started my day with two glasses of water on an empty stomach then had my cup of coffee (1 tsp of Nescafe, 3 tsp of fat free coffee mate, 2 tsp of sugar).

I had my breakfast at Grand Hills hotel and from their buffet i chose the following: 2 large spoons of omelet with two slices of turkey, one tbsp of labneh, cucumbers and tomatoes.

And yes, i did resist all the croissants, cakes and breads that are highly caloric and have the lowest degree of satiety compared to eggs that are highly nutritious and satiating!
