I couldn’t have a proper balanced lunch as i was on a trip to the North of Lebanon with some friends and in order to save time, we decided to pit-stop and buy manakish. I had half a cheese mankouche.And yes,although it is high in fat and carbohydrates i had no other option; And just in the same way desperate times call for desperate measures our lack of time to prepare something called for this mankouche 😛
