Green lettuce prays in front of the holy red cabbage! Rich in polyphenols, iron, sulfur, vitamin C, fiber, manganese, vitamin B6 and folate, and a good source of thiamin, riboflavin, calcium, potassium, vitamin A, tryptophan, protein and magnesium. It made all its way up to fit in your salad bowl!To remind you that when your glass of wine turns red you shouldn’t always go green !
I had for lunch a salad made of iceberg lettuce, red cabbage, shredded carrots and 90 g of honey mustard chicken! The dressing was made of mustard, honey, lemon juice and white vinegar!
