So, is a bowl of fruit salad recommended after doing sports for 2 hrs?
And how could I determine what enough for me?
Thank You Samah! After doing two hours of sports you need to eat a protein rich meal such as an omelet, a chicken/tuna salad, salmon and tuna sashimi with edamame, etc. The amount of proteins and calories depends on your weight, height, age and the intensity and duration of your workout!
