I started my lunch with a rocket salad with cherry tomatoes, yellow peppers and 15g of shredded light cheese and then had a medium cubed baked potato with a skinless chicken leg!

As an afternoon snack i had one Solero Berry berry ice cream by walls!


As for dinner i had two rice cakes with three slices of turkey, one slice of low fat gruyere cheese, tomatoes, pickles and moutarde a l’ancienne!
