Special wine leaves and stuffed zucchinis’

I started my lunch with a green salad made of lettuce, tomatoes, dill pickles, oregano with lemon juice and olive oil then i had 4 special wine leaves and two zucchinis stuffed with spinach, quinoa, yellow peppers and green onions! A true delicacy and a great way to substitute your meat, get all the proteins from quinoa and become a happy flexitarian!

Being a Flexitarian is an extremely flexible choice that gives a person the opportunity to become a vegetarian while consuming  meat once in a while.

Studies have shown that vegetarians live roughly 3.6 years longer than meat eaters and on average weigh 15% less than non-vegetarians.They also have a 90% less chance of having a heart attack than their meat eating counter-parts.

“Knowledge is of no value unless you put it into practice”, thereby turning into a flexitarian should be the next best step for which your body, the environment and all the animals around the world will thank you !
