Just like every day, i started my day with two glasses of water on an empty stomach then had my cup of coffee (1 tsp of Nescafe, 3 tsp of fat free coffee mate, 2 tsp of sugar) followed by 4 apricots filled with 30g of white light cheese and 10 g of bran flakes with a glass of skimmed milk!

hello nicole, i am 45 years old man,my job is a senior electrician and some times i faced a hard tings to do it depend on the situation,i don’t have any healthy problems and i like to stay like that .my wife cook the foods in a ” healthy way ” she use the olive oil coming from our village in the south and never use butter or other kind of cooking oil , so my question is: i want to reduce some kilos -by the way i am told and my weight is 96 kilos- and i read some receipts from you and thank you for your reply.
