I had lunch at Arnaoon village located in Batroun (North of Lebanon) and among the various dishes offered at their rich buffet i chose the following:
2 large spoons of Fattouche
3 tbsp of Hindbeh
3 tbsp of a puree of eggplants with tomatoes, onions, walnuts and olive oil
3 tbsp of shankliche!
5 stuffed vine leaves!
I skipped the hot dishes and was happily satisfied by eating those Lebanese appetizers!
