Bran flakes n soy

Just like every day, i started my day with two glasses of water on an empty stomach then had my cup of coffee (1 tsp of Nescafe, 3 tsp of fat free coffee mate, 2 tsp of sugar) followed by 30g of Bran flakes with a glass of vanilla flavored soy milk (Alpro) !

A glass of Alpro Soy milk :

*Has the same amount of Calcium found in a glass of cow’s milk.

*Is suitable to all those who suffer from cow’s milk protein allergy prevalent in enfants < 3 years old.

*Is suitable to all those who are lactose intolerant

*Is suitable to all those who follow a cholesterol lowering diet

I had lunch at Aliacci restaurant that offers Italian food in the heart of Gemmayze, Beirut!

I started with a goat cheese and figs salad with walnuts and lettuce leaves …

Then i had pesto gnocchi with scallops!

I was invited for dinner at RC’s place and i chose from the buffet a green salad with smoked salmon and a piece of spinach pie!
