Green beans and salad

I had for lunch 4 large spoons of cooked green beans with tomatoes and onions all along with a salad made of lettuce, cucumbers, green peppers, onions and tomatoes with lemon juice and olive oil!

Always serve you food in a Square dish because it radiates contentment, while circled dishes invite curiosity and push you to consume more unconsciously.
Also note to display an even number of table settings to feel relaxed at your table since an  odd number will heighten your awareness and increase your stress levels that won’t aid in your digestion.
