Then had 3 tbsp of mushrooms tortellini
And 90g of baked salmon filet with grilled vegetables and two potato wedges !
Eating out might always push us to order more food however we must always remember to base our choices on healthier options and vote for grilled and baked dishes!Small details can make a very big difference in our lives! And by the simple fact of increasing our intake of fish and decreasing the consumption of red meat we could be saving up many calories and benefiting from the healthy nutrients found in fish such as omega-3, omega-6, calcium, vitamin D and others that would help us decrease the chances of developing cardiovascular diseases!
