I started my day with two glasses of water on an empty stomach then had my coffee (1 tsp of Nescafe, 3 tsp of fat free coffee mate, 2 tsp of sugar) followed by a cheese sandwich!

My delicious breakfast sandwich made with 30 g of brown Arabic bread, 45 g of feta cheese sprinkled with oregano and a cucumber!


I started my lunch with a pestolicious salad made of iceberg lettuce, cherry tomatoes and a pesto dressing with 3 grilled chicken skewers!

As an afternoon snack i had two triangles of watermelon!

I had dinner at a friend’s place and among the various dishes that were served i chose a green salad with fresh mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and a light balsamic dressing in addition to a slice of a sushi cake and two small pieces of brie pie and spinach pie! The food was delicious! Thank you SA 🙂
