Fish Twice ..

Just like every day, i started my day with two glasses of water on an empty stomach then had my cup of coffee (1 tsp of Nescafe, 3 tsp of fat free coffee mate, 2 tsp of sugar) followed by 30g of Bran flakes with a glass of vanilla flavored soy milk (Alpro) ! I had for lunch a green salad made of lettuce leaves with a tsp of olive oil and lemon juice then had 120g of grilled salmon filet! Salmon is among the top ten foods that must have a place in your diet! It’s a great source of excellent quality protein and is very rich in Omega-3 that lowers heart disease risk, helps arthritis, and may possibly help with memory loss and Alzheimer’s and might reduce depression! Aim for 2 to 3 servings of Salmon per week! As an afternoon snack i had one Solero Berry berry ice cream by walls! I had for dinner 30g of brown Arabic bread with 2 tbsp of labneh light, 1/4 tsp of olive oil, cucumbers and cherry tomatoes!

      1. LOL..ok. I was just playing dramatic, so no need to be offended. 😉 Anyway, if you’re healthy, I guess it should be ok. Plus, from my life experiences, I have learnt that managing stress and being happy on the inside is far more important than eating the right foods. Coz I know of many who eat unhealthy foods and are still in very good shape because of their positive attitude.
