Just like every day, i started my day with two glasses of water on an empty stomach then had my cup of coffee (1 tsp of Nescafe, 3 tsp of fat free coffee mate, 2 tsp of sugar) followed by 4 apricots filled with 30g of white light cheese and 10 g of bran flakes with a glass of skimmed milk!

I had for lunch 3 large spoons of mloukhieh with two tbsp of rice and 90g of chicken!

As an afternoon snack i had a small sized frozen yogurt with blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, and flakes …

I had for dinner a salad at Mandaloun caffe from their rich and generous salad bar!

I chose rocket leaves, purslane that are the richest source of omega-3 among all vegetables, cherry tomatoes, two feta cubes, asparagus, artichoke, carrots with balsamic vinegar and olive oil then added crab with endives, walnuts, pickles, a slice of avocado and a light dressing!
