Grilled squid..

Just like every day, i started my day with two glasses of water on an empty stomach then had my cup of coffee (1 tsp of Nescafe, 3 tsp of fat free coffee mate, 2 tsp of sugar) followed by 30g of brown Arabic bread and a spread of zaatar w zeit (1/2 tsp of oil-water) toasted and served with a teaspoon of labneh light, tomatoes and cucumbers!

You can easily prepare this sandwich whenever you’d be craving for a mankouche and wish to save calories!

I started my lunch with a salad made of red cabbage with a shredded carrot, grilled zucchinis and a light balsamic dressing.Then i had 150g of grilled squid…

Do you know what are the benefits of squid ?

As i was invited at night to an American bbq, i decided to opt for the healthiest option among other available ones(burgers, chicken wings, beef hot dogs, etc.) and ate a turkey sausage with half the bread bun with mustard, pickles, ketchup and bbq sauce!
