Just like every day, i started my day with two glasses of water on an empty stomach then had my cup of coffee (1 tsp of Nescafe, 3 tsp of fat free coffee mate, 2 tsp of sugar) followed by two mini-knefeh…

The best way to eat your knefeh while watching your daily caloric intake would be to either eat half the portion of a big knefeh or to order two small ones or to remove the whole bun and eat the filling with a rice cake!

I had lunch at Rikky’z; a restaurant that’s located on the high mountains of Faqra-Kfardebian and that’s the biggest wood construction in the Middle East! It is widely known for its gastronomic cuisine, buoyant ambiance and notable music. Sunday’s buffet includes several salads (Tabbouleh, fattouche, crab salad, Rocket pesto salad, iceberg salad, etc.) in addition to a distinctive barbeque (Cotelettes, ribs, hot dogs, burgers, chicken breasts, chicken legs) and many other specialties (Pasta section, hummus, cheese rolls, etc..).

I started with those two salads (Rocket and Crab) then had one burger patty from the grill with 2 tablespoons of coleslaw, relish, pickles, mustard, and Coktail sauce with 10 french fries! I also had a bite of a cotelette and a rib! A true delicacy!

I managed to resist the appealing deserts!

I had for dinner a bowl of mushroom soup at Casper&Gambini’s!
