Just like every morning, I started my day with two glasses of water on an empty stomach then had my cup of coffee (1 tsp of Nescafe, 3 tsp of fat free coffee mate, 2 tsp of sugar) followed by a glass of skimmed milk with 2 bran toasts 30 g of light white cheese and a tablespoon of home made blackberries jam!
I started my lunch with tabbouleh salad then had 150g of grilled fish with 10 french fries
As an afternoon snack i had two medium apples diced and cooked in a pan with a teaspoon of cinnamon and a teaspoon of brown sugar!
I had for dinner 6 tbsp of a puree of eggplants with tomatoes, onions, walnuts and olive oil with a small bowl of lettuce leaves with cherry tomatoes and balsamic dressing!
