Just like every morning, I started my day with two glasses of water on an empty stomach then had my cup of coffee (1 tsp of Nescafe, 3 tsp of fat free coffee mate, 2 tsp of sugar) followed by two pain d’epices au Miel (Bjorg) with a teaspoon of apricot jam without added sugar and 45 g of low fat white cheese with a glass of skimmed milk!

I had for lunch 5 large spoons of mloukhieh with two tbsp of rice and 90g of chicken!

As an afternoon snack, i had 3 portions of fruits consisting of two figs, two dates, half a peach and half a pear!

I had for dinner 30g of brown Arabic bread with 2 tbsp of labneh light, 1/4 tsp of olive oil, cucumbers and cherry tomatoes!
