Pestolicious ..

I started my day with two glasses of water on an empty stomach then had my cup of coffee (1 tsp of Nescafe, 3 tsp of fat free coffee mate, 2 tsp of sugar).My breakfast was made of 3 bran toasts, 1 tbsp of low fat labneh, 1 slice of  turkey and cheese!

I had for lunch a salad made of lettuce and tomatoes with balsamic dressing and 1 1/2 cup of cooked pasta with a teaspoon of pesto sauce!

As an afternoon snack i had 20g of dark chocolate and an orange!

I had for dinner a crab salad made of 8 crab sticks with 3 palmitto’s, 2 tbsp of corn, cucumbers and a light mayo and mustard dressing!
