Just like every morning, I started my day with two glasses of water on an empty stomach then had my cup of coffee (1 tsp of Nescafe, 3 tsp of fat free coffee mate, 2 tsp of sugar) followed by a glass of skimmed milk with 2 bran toasts and two boiled eggs!
I started my lunch with a salad made of lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers with lemon juice and a tablespoon of olive oil and had 200g of baked fish in the oven!
As an afternoon snack i had 20g of dark chocolate and an apple!
I started my dinner with 30 edamame’s followed by two bran toasts with 45g of feta cheese and cucumbers!
