Just like every day, i started my day with two glasses of water on an empty stomach then had my cup of coffee (1 tsp of Nescafe, 3 tsp of fat free coffee mate, 2 tsp of sugar) followed by 30g of Bran flakes with a glass of vanilla flavored soy milk (Alpro) ! This combination is a true delicacy and is most importantly  fulfilling!

I started my lunch with a a greek salad made of lettuce leaves, tomatoes, green peppers, onions and 20g of feta cheese then i had 3 mini patties of soy meat burgers with tomatoes, pickles and mustard.

As an afternoon snack i had half a papaya and one kiwi!

I had for dinner a salad made of lettuce, a small bowl of cooked lentils, yellow peppers, green onions and tomatoes with balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp of olive oil, cumin, salt and white pepper!
