Just like every day, i started my day with two glasses of water on an empty stomach then had my cup of coffee (1 tsp of Nescafe, 3 tsp of fat free coffee mate, 2 tsp of sugar) followed by 30g of brown Arabic bread and a spread of zaatar w zeit (1/2 tsp of oil-water) toasted and served with a teaspoon of labneh light, tomatoes and cucumbers!
You can easily prepare this sandwich whenever you’d be craving for a mankouche and wish to save calories!
Two hours later, i enjoyed eating a big apple!
I started my lunch with a small bowl of fattouche salad with debs el remmane then had a large bowl of lentils soup (wasn’t photogenic enough to take part of this post ;))…
As an afternoon snack, i enjoyed eating one twix finger with 5 maltesers balls!
I had for dinner 150g of grilled squid with cherry tomatoes, lettuce, cucumbers, lemon juice and a tbsp of olive oil!
