Just like every day, i started my day with two glasses of water on an empty stomach then had my cup of coffee (1 tsp of Nescafe, 3 tsp of fat free coffee mate, 2 tsp of sugar) followed by 30g of Bran flakes with a glass of vanilla flavored soy milk (Alpro) ! This combination is a true delicacy and is most importantly fulfilling!
As a first snack i had two kiwis!
I had lunch at Leila’s restaurant and started with a fattouche salad without bread with debs el remmane then had 2 tbsp of hummus, one grilled cheese rolls, 3 tbsp of potatoes and two grilled chicken skewers!
As an afternoon snack i had a chocolate pudding light!
I had for dinner 30g of brown Arabic bread with 2 tbsp of labneh light, 1/4 tsp of olive oil, cucumbers and cherry tomatoes!
