Just like every day, i started my day with two glasses of water on an empty stomach then had my cup of coffee (1 tsp of Nescafe, 3 tsp of fat free coffee mate, 2 tsp of sugar) followed by 30g of brown Arabic bread and a spread of zaatar w zeit (1/2 tsp of oil-water) toasted and served with a teaspoon of labneh light, tomatoes and cucumbers!

You can easily prepare this sandwich whenever you’d be craving for a mankouche and wish to save calories!

Two hours later, i enjoyed eating a big apple!

I had for lunch tabbouleh, 5 tbsp of chickpeas with cumin, lettuce and olive oil and two grilled chicken skewers.

 

As an afternoon snack i had two kiwi fruits

I had for dinner grilled eggplants, onions, tomatoes, green peppers all along with 30 g of grilled light halloumi cheese!
