It’s been a while that i didn’t add new posts here and that’s because i took a small break… But here i am back again!
Just like every morning, I started my day with two glasses of water on an empty stomach then had my cup of coffee. I drank my glass of skimmed milk later on and as i was craving for a mankouche i decided to prepare it at home. I thought about a portion controlled mankouche, fluffy and tasty and thus I added to the main pancake mixture 2 tablespoon of zaatar (thyme) and half a teaspoon of olive oil and baked it in a pan using cooking spray and got a “Lebanized pancake” !!Then I Topped it with a teaspoon of low fat labneh and decorated it with cherry tomatoes and cucumbers! Simply delicious!
As a snack, three hours later i had 14 pieces of walnuts!
I had for lunch fresh vegetables baked in the oven and made of fresh mushrooms, red peppers, cherry tomatoes, onions, eggplants, zucchinis, one small potato, oregano and 1 tbsp of olive oil with 120g of grilled chicken and a bowl of fat free yogurt!
This wide range of colorful vegetables provides essential vitamins, minerals, fiber and phytonutrients that your body needs to promote good health! It is an easy, healthy and tasty recipe!
As an afternoon snack i had two small red apples diced and mixed with cinnamon and a teaspoon of brown sugar!
I had a goat cheese salad for dinner at Dictateur in Gemmayze!
