~*What about you ?

I started my day with two glasses of water on an empty stomach then had my coffee followed by a cheese sandwich and a glass of skimmed milk!

My delicious breakfast sandwich made with 30 g of brown Arabic bread, 45 g of feta cheese sprinkled with oregano and a cucumber!

I had for lunch a rocket salad with two tablespoon of brown pasta, tomatoes, caramelized onions, 1 tsp of pesto sauce, balsamic vinegar and two skewers of grilled chicken!

 

 

As an afternoon snack i had two kiwi fruits

I had for dinner grilled eggplants, onions, tomatoes, green peppers all along with a bowl of fat free yogurt!
