Just like every day, i started my day with two glasses of water on an empty stomach then had my cup of coffee (1 tsp of Nescafe, 3 tsp of fat free coffee mate, 2 tsp of sugar) followed by 3 brown toast, a tablespoon of apricots jam (reduced sugar) and two slices of low fat cheese with a glass of skimmed milk!

I had lunch at Cafe Margot (Badaro) and ordered their plat du jour that was made of a green salad and a grilled chicken platter with vegetables!

I also tried half of a small tarte au citron that was delicious!

I had for dinner a scrumptious salad made of lettuce, blackberries, 20 g of grated roquefort cheese, 2 slices of parma ham with honey mustard dressing! A true delicacy!
