Just like every day, i started my day with two glasses of water on an empty stomach then had my cup of coffee (1 tsp of Nescafe, 3 tsp of fat free coffee mate, 2 tsp of sugar) followed by 30g of brown Arabic bread and a spread of zaatar w zeit (1/2 tsp of oil-water) toasted and served with a teaspoon of labneh light, tomatoes and cucumbers!

You can easily prepare this sandwich whenever you’d be craving for a mankouche and wish to save calories!

Two hours later, i enjoyed eating a big apple!

I started my lunch with a salad made of lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced cucumbers, diced onions with 30g of feta cheese, dried mint, oregano, lemon juice and olive oil.

Then i had two grilled chicken skewers marinated in fat free yogurt, tomato paste, ketchup, oregano and spices.With 1 small baked potato with herbs&spices!

As an afternoon snack i enjoyed eating a bowl of home made mhallabiyeh with fat free milk …
