“When you feel neglected, think of the female salmon, who lays 3,000,000 eggs but no one remembers her on Mother’s Day.” Sam Ewing
Eggs should always be stored in their original closed egg carton in the lower shelf of the fridge, in order to prevent them from absorbing odors and flavors of the foods through their tiny pores in the shell. They should never be washed before being stored because, by washing them the chances of bacteria to be drawn into the egg through the pores in the shell would be increasing. If an egg is ever dropped on the floor, it should be simply sprinkled with enough salt to cover it and ease its cleaning!
I decided this morning to prepare an omelet using ingredients that i really like but that i never previously tried to combine with eggs! Ingredients such as sun-dried tomatoes, capers and dill!
Scramble me!
No butter, nor oil are involved in this pan and the secret to prevent eggs from sticking while cooking is to dice a tomato and place it first in the pan!
(Whisk two whole eggs and two egg whites and place the mixture on top of the tomatoes)
Add two halved and drained sun-dried tomatoes, 8 capers, salt, white pepper and dill!
(let it cook for 4 minutes and serve with a tbsp of labneh light)
Bon Appetit!

Bonsoir , pour l’omelette le jaune d’oeuf n’est-il pas trop gras ? On peut la faire juste avec des blanc d’oeufs .
Tu peux manger jusqu’a 2 jaunes d’oeuf! Tres riches en vitamines et mineraux!
