Just like every day, i started my day with two glasses of water on an empty stomach then had my cup of coffee (1 tsp of Nescafe, 3 tsp of fat free coffee mate, 2 tsp of sugar) followed by 30g of fruit’n fiber with a glass of skimmed milk!

My first snack consisted of a red apple’

I had lunch at Al Mandaloun sur mer that’s located in Biel, Beirut and that’s the best reference to upscale seafood and Lebanese mezze in addition to its magnificent and breathtaking sea view!

I started with tabbouleh, fattouche, 2 tbsp of hummus, 2 tbsp of cooked dandelion greens (hindbeh), two vine leaves and a few potato cubes with coriander!In addition to one luscious shrimps spring roll!

Then i had 5 grilled shrimps with one grilled lobster and 7 french fries with coktail and tartar sauces!

Although the food was succulent, i couldn’t eat all my portion and skipped the colorful desert! :)

As an afternoon snack, i had two kiwi fruits

I had for dinner one grilled eggplant with onions, tomatoes, green peppers and  30 g of grilled light halloumi cheese!
