~*How to eat your burger meal..

Just like every day, i started my day with two glasses of water on an empty stomach then had my cup of coffee (1 tsp of Nescafe, 3 tsp of fat free coffee mate, 2 tsp of sugar) followed by 3 brown toast with two portions of Sylphide cheese and a teaspoon of strawberry jam all along with my glass of skimmed milk!

As a first snack i had a glass of fresh orange juice.

I had lunch at Classic Burger Joint, that in my opinion serves the best prime quality beef patty and 100% natural and completely preservative free, freshly cut fries!

It sounds weird to hear a dietitian praising about a burger, but at the end, I am like any other human being and i crave for real burgers from times to times.Nevertheless, i have my special way to eat a burger platter and remain in the moderation zone.

The smart set to enjoy a Guilt free Burger experience at CBJ:

*Start with the green salad. Salads are rich in water and fiber and will make you feel half full.
*Remove the upper bun and save 120 calories.
*Count 15 fries and eat them!
And that’s how your dish would look like after you finish eating..
As an afternoon snack i had a triangle of watermelon.
I had for dinner grilled zucchinis with a salad made of rocket leaves, sun-dried tomatoes and 20g of feta cheese with lemon juice and a teaspoon of olive oil.
