~*On your cheese and wine, ditch the nuts!

Nuts, crackers, chips, calories, fat, saturated fats, trans fats, hydrogenated oils, etc. Do they really make sense on a cheese and wine feast ? I believe they don’t at all, they simply contribute to your weight gain during this festive period!

As a solution, i suggest you offer your invitees, dried cranberries as they are super duper low in fat (virtually fat free) and contain antioxidants that are extremely beneficial to an overall good health! Moderation definitely! As too much of something will always be bad enough!
