Tonight, we are not only young but we are revitalized … We celebrate and remember the birth of Jesus Christ… We gather, we forgive, we love… We sing, we drink and we eat … And then we remember that, in a week, we will open the book. Its pages would be blank. We are going to put words on them ourselves. The book is called Opportunity and its first chapter is New Year’s Day…
I thought about each and everyone of you and thought about the amount of calories you’re all afraid of consuming and thus would like to suggest a few innovative recipes for tonight’s sacred dinner!
1-Substitute the bread with artichoke hearts and fill each one with a mixture of spinach, onions and fresh mushrooms.Top them with a slice of cheese (Camembert or Goat) and bake them in the oven!
2-Fill each dried apricot with 5g of camembert (30g of camembert contain 80 calories whereas 30g of brie contain 95 calories). Remember to consume them in moderation!
3-Boil a potato, slice it and top each slice with 1/4 tsp of caviar!
4-Sticks of Christmas colors! Cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, pesto sauce all in one stick without bread !
5-Celery sticks filled with labneh light and topped with sliced cherry tomatoes! The perfect setup for a colorful Christmas!
Prepare them with love and remember to never eat alone! Always share food and love.Have yourself a Merry Christmas!
