It happens that a while ago i also accidentally discovered an absolutely delicious combination!
I chopped fresh melons into cubes and measure two cups to which i added 30g of Bulgarian cheese and two tablespoon of Jordanian thyme (zaatar).
A true surprising delicacy that I enjoyed for dinner!
