Here are the top posts and videos related to the best ways to keep your body well hydrated in order to become #Melyene7ayet!
One of the secrets to #Melyene7ayet is to wake up every morning with a large smile, drink two glasses of water on an empty stomach, have breakfast and focus on natural foods and ingredients (organic ones are always a better option). In case you never noticed, sometimes you may still be feeling hungry and tend to overeat when in reality you are just thirsty! So keep yourself well hydrated to avoid overeating and gaining weight! Include two to three portions of fruits in your diet plan as they are rich in water, fiber, vitamins and minerals and are loaded with antioxidants that will strengthen your immune system.
For Chips lovers to have control over the portions they consume, drinking three glasses of water before indulging would help a lot! As for Ice Cream lovers; it doesn’t matter how big Your ice cream cone would be as long as You hydrate yourself and drink a small bottle of water before digging in! Drinking Water before snacking on Ice Cream or Chips will help you eat less and save unwanted extra calories!
The word “salad” originated from salt, and began with the early Romans salting their leafy greens and vegetables. One of the simplest and healthiest health habits that anyone can commit to, is to begin each meal (lunch and dinner) with a salad. It provides enough fiber, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and fills up the stomach, leaving a little space for the main course. The ideal portioning of the plate should always be: 50% salad, 25% Carbohydrates and 25% Proteins.
“Eja el Autocaaaaar”… One of the most used and abused sentences throughout scholar years.I just dislike hearing it Today although I keep great memories from my days at school and my lunchboxes that my lovely mother would carefully prepare and pack every single morning all along the small bottle of water.Thankfully, I grew up in an environment where drinking carbonated beverages and bottled juices was completely forbidden.I can still remember my dad’s frightening looks when I’d ask for soft drinks (lol). We wouldn’t even have any can or bottle at home for our guests… Some big decisions are really crucial at an early age, and growing up in a house where processed foods, soft drinks, junk food were forbidden led me at an early age to adopt healthy eating habits and adapt my taste buds to the real taste of real foods.Mothers’ out there reading; time for you to act!

Every Year on Christmas and on other holidays, I apply the same survival strategies of:
-drinking two liters of water per day
-Snacking on 23 pieces of almonds while shopping and hunger hits (I keep that metallic almond box in my purse).
-Target 10.000 steps per day
-Dim the lights while eating: a meal eaten under soft warm lighting will help you save 175 Calories
-Drink alcohol from straight long shaped glasses to consume 60% less calories
-Eat desserts with a big fork as this will help you eat less
-Sleep 7 hours per night as sleep deprivation can raise levels of appetite hormone: ghrelin!
