Matcha is finely ground powder of specially grown and processed green tea leaves. Because you consume the leaves themselves, you get a more concentrated dose of the tea’s natural nutrients.
One cup of Matcha Tea has as many antioxidants as 10 cups of brewed green tea! It acts as a detoxifier, boosts the metabolism by 35% to 43% if consumed on a daily basis and boosts energy! Buddhist monks in China and Japan relied on Matcha to stay alert and focused while meditating all day long.It calms the mind, relaxes the body, enhances the mood and aids in concentration.
