Thawra Cake🇱🇧//Gluten-Free 🛑\\Low Budget💰// Ingredients: 2 Cups boiled lentils 1/4 Cup Olive oil 1 tbsp Herbs 1/2 tsp Salt 3 eggs 2 tsp baking powder 3/4 Cup Rice Powder 1 Cup Mozzarella cheese @taanayellesfermes Sesame seeds or Poppy seeds (optional) Cooking Spray for greasing Method of Preparation: In a food processor, pulse the boiled lentils with olive oil.Add the herbs, salt and eggs and pulse again.Add the baking powder, rice powder and cheese and mix well. Pre-heat the oven (180°C).Grease a baking tray with cooking spray and pour the batter.Sprinkle sesame or poppy seeds and bake for 20 min. A piece of this salty cake is rich in proteins and fibre.It will help you feel full for a longer period of time. 5 Ingredients //Keto-Friendly//Low Fat 🎃🍄Pumpkin-Porcini Soup 🎃🍄 --‐-----------‐-------------------------------------------------------------------Ingredients: 2 kgs pumpkin (peeled and cut into cubes) 500 ml coconut milk 40g dried porcinis 3 tbsp olive oil Dried Chives Maldon Salt Black pepper Method of Preparation: Bring the punpkin cubes to boil then drain water.Add a teaspoon of salt and black pepper and process using a hand blender until you get a smooth and soft mixture. Add the coconut milk and mix. Meanwhile, soak the porcini in lukewarm water for 20 minutes.
